My partner and I are about eight months out from our wedding and we've both agreed we don't want off-the-shelf bands. The problem is every conversation I have about this seems to get complicated quickly. We want pieces that feel connected to each other  same design language, complementary rather than identical  his more architectural and substantial, mine with diamonds and a slightly more delicate profile. But every time I bring up doing both rings as a coordinated bespoke commission I get the sense that studios either don't really do that or they treat it as two completely separate projects with no real dialogue between them. Is a properly coordinated matching set actually achievable, or am I overcomplicating this?
