Roxana Bahrami is a Guelph-based artist and mindfulness facilitator whose work explores the connection between creativity, attention and well-being. Since 2016, she has led mindfulness-based art experiences for communities, non-profits, corporations and universities across Canada, using dot painting and meditative drawing to help people slow down and reconnect with the present moment. Roxana holds a master’s degree in science from the University of Guelph and is a certified Knowledge Management Specialist with training in mindfulness teaching. Her work is grounded in the belief that simple, repetitive creative practices can offer an accessible way to pause, pay attention and be present.
