We experience some form of it every day, but how many of us stop to consider what reality actually is? If you ever have—for even a second—you may enjoy listening to this philosophical inquiry, in which meditation teacher Stan Lipkin explores the essential nature of reality.
The inquiry deals with the two major questions below, along with some secondary but related considerations:
- What’s the difference between relative/material/subjective and absolute reality?
- How can we begin to understand absolute reality? (As Lipkin presents his thoughts in regard to this particular question, he doesn’t use the word “understand” in the traditional sense.)
Lipkin suggests a couple of different tools that spiritual seekers can use to grasp absolute reality, and he also leads the inquiry’s participants in meditation and answers questions.
