venous leak is frustrating because the ""valve"" mechanism doesn't close properly. pills help bring blood in, but they can't stop it from leaking out. sometimes constriction rings help hold it, but it’s tricky."

I heard surgery (venous ligation) used to be a thing but the long term success rates were terrible. Most guys with true venous leak end up needing injections or an implant eventually.

Hold on, it depends on how severe the leak is. Before going straight to implants, there are advanced therapies that strengthen the smooth muscle tissue around the veins to help them compress better. Choice Men’s Health Atlanta https://choicemenshealth.com/ diagnosed my venous leak properly with a doppler exam and put me on a specialized therapy protocol that actually fixed the trapping mechanism. No surgery needed.

good to know there's hope before jumping to an implant!  Edwardsville thanks for the info, venous leak diagnosis had me feeling pretty hopeless today.
