I’ve been thinking about this after a recent experience. I joined a site that looked really polished — nice design, smooth registration, everything felt solid at first glance. But after a bit of use, I started noticing small issues that weren’t obvious from the outside. It made me realize that a good-looking site doesn’t always mean it actually works well. So now I’m wondering, when you read reviews, how do you tell if people are talking about real functionality and not just first impressions?
