Okay, let's get down to brass tacks. What are the absolute MUST-HAVE features in a PIM for an ecommerce business with about 5,000 SKUs selling across web, Amazon, and a couple of smaller marketplaces? I'm talking table stakes here - what can't we live without? I keep getting bombarded with features lists and I'm struggling to separate the wheat from the chaff. What features actually drive efficiency and improve the customer experience, versus just adding complexity? Drop your essential feature list!
